A simple fix for the spam exploit mentioned by [SOFA-K1NG-72] would be to just add a selector between the controller sensor & pulse signals to ensure only 1 button can be pressed at a time.

This is really good, it has an easy exploit though ( Button mashing with no penalty for wrong buttons pressed ) means if you press all four buttons you'll still get the right one every time.
