    I have a song stuck in my head, it would be neat to recreate it's music video in Dreams, but vocals don't work well with the tools available in Dreams.

    Charge-star-nec & Ruby_wanimakura. Both of you are the most inspiring game creators on Dreams in my opinion. despite the language barrier, i have enjoyed each of the games you have made and you had given me motivation to make Subcon Horror. thank you.

    Perhaps my own reluctance to let anyone else work on Subcon Horror alongside me had also done nothing but hold me back.
    i was too ambitious, and not able to realize it until now.

    Masakazu Syuuen 4 being taken down was devastating to me, it was a creative motivation for me. it also made me realize that Dreams wouldn't allow a game with as much focus on traumatic memories and being haunted by guilt in ones dreams on the server.

    Subcon Horror was then moved to LBP3, however some very malicious glitchers started popping up around the time i was 3 months into development on LBP3. regardless, the Custom Powerup system in LBP3 had limitations that i couldn't work around.

    Subcon Horror was first developed on LBPvita. my memory card was destroyed by a data overflow caused by a kid who exploited a glitch to crash other's systems. it was a rather nice but somewhat short game back then.

    I'm considering giving someone the game engine i developed for Subcon Horror in hopes that they can make something out of it.
    This is the 3rd platform i will have made Subcon Horror on and end up having to scrap the entire project.

    Similar game concept but mini episodical releases will be done instead of making 1 long game out of it where all episodes are 1 connected series of events. think something like Resident Evil Outbreak's scenario system.

    I've taken some time to think about Subcon Horror and if it's contents would even be allowed on Dreams without any issues.
    i have decided not to make it on Dreams, but i do want to make use of everything i made for it.

    Hot and humid one day, kinda cool but excessive wind the next. then go back to being really hot but this time there is heavy rain and some thunderstorms. now it's a really nice day, then back to hot.
    i'm lightheaded and my limbs are sore everyday now.

    i am having some concerns regarding some of the content i had planned to put in Subcon Horror potentially being abit to dark, violent, or questionable to be on Dreams. some of it was recreations of my own traumatic childhood experiences.

    As for Subcon Horror, music is one of the main things i had been doing for that for now. i also need to learn more about how save point logic works.

    Until the dogs are better trained to not get into things and no longer urinate or defecate on the floor, i will barely have any time to do much without interruptions. i'm also worn out and tired due to nobody ever walking them except for me.

    The dogs we got are 2 adorable Blue Heeler & Border Collie mixed breed pups. they are so full of energy and always running around playing.
    I won't abandon Dreams, but i am trying to find a way to schedule what i do so i don't have to abandon any games.

    I have reached a point in life where i am being forced to reduce how much i play games or work on Dreams. being the only person in the household to not have to leave to go to work or anything, i was given the responsibility of taking care of our new dogs.

    I have been going through some emotional stress and taking care of my brother's chihuahua after our husky died. they were good friends, like brother and sister. seeing the impact it has had on the chihuahua's behaviors is taking it's toll on me.

    I've decided to try reducing amount of text covering the screen for button input labels by using icons for some of it.
    i also realized how limiting it was to leave R2 to only be used while aiming.
    some control changes might be made.

    For anyone who likes the song Grisly Reminder by Midnight Syndicate, I have good news! I have recreated that song in Dreams while waiting on a friend to finish some playtesting.
    i still have to add ambient noise and find the best instruments though.

    "the Former" enemy type has most of it's attacks working properly, just need to do a few tweaks and implement it's ability and it should be done.

    I have successfully developed logic for an enemy to memorize where it last saw the player to allow it to follow them around corners. this is something i needed for both "Subcon Horror" and a request from a friend to add to a special area in their game.

    "The Former" has another ability that involves other enemy types that I will be put into a debug test object in a test level i had been trying to optimize enough that my PS4 can run it at 10FPS or better before I publish it.
