Saw your question about my swimming puppet :)
Open the Water Mechanics > Interaction > Calculations
In the Calculations chip there's a Follower labelled Buoyancy, change the speed setting to 0 and the puppet will not float automatically.

Apologies for the late reply. You mentioned about the addition of swimming in my "beach life level". That is something I have been struggling with so if you would like to help with that addition I am more than happy for your help.
