Hi . Am making a Pepsi Man game and ive wanted to ask if i can use ur Cowboy hat for another character?

I knew there had to be some quirk for easy signal delay. In LBP, you just looped a signal through a microchip.
I tried a few things here and and resorted to brute-forcing it.
Nice find.
