What about deaths?

I realize that glowing balls are in isolation. The colours were not clear. I suggest making those clarifications in your simulation, rather than in the comments. :)

A very interesting illustrational simulation. Feedback: If you could clarify the time scale as well as the colours (cyan = isolated & uninfected, blue = uninfected, green = vector, orange = infected?, yellow = dead?)
