Not too surprising it's dead. Imagine wasting hundreds of hours doing this and having nothing to show for it. What you make isn't even really yours. It's a decent learning tool and all, but if you're gonna devote that much time it's best to try elsewhere.

The problem you're referring to is mostly about one thing: people are taught to compete against each other and to most users, this platform isn't about being creative but winning, being better than others. Multiplayer feature would merely make it worse :/

I use Dreams every day and plan to continue doing so every day until I'm no longer able to. It's a mindblowing creative platform whose enormous potential is mostly going untapped, so if it's dead/dying, that's probably because of general user ignorance :/
