Sonic adventure 2020 alpha 0.2.4

Sky Deck needs to be slower, Speed Highway spring is impossible, Boost sections need to be slower, all levels need Checkpoints, and the Homing Attack needs to be tweaked. The Quickstep and Slide mechanics aren't functional. Good idea but poor execution.
