Awesome work man! I was actully pretty absorbed till the devil head came bursting out the door and that pulled me away a bit and the surgeon just didnt work for me but excellent visuals and immersion otherwise;)

Go easy on the head bob, a little goes a long way.

Great work, all in all. The surgeon model didn't quite connect, though -- especially the "disco glasses". An eerier, more wraithlike figure would work better (think Nosferatu in surgeon's scrubs), maybe even with some off-kilter classical music in the bg
