I also notice that you have a meter numerator of 4. It would be much more natural to use 3 since this whole tune is in 3/4. That could have contributed to making that error.

As a big fan of Holst I enjoyed this. But there's a glaring mistake - the first melody note in your measure 12 should be twice as long. The same error is there in the second half.
