It's a tricky engine. :-)
-Separate the main sculpt in like 3 pieces: Top, bridge and lower pillars. (This seems contra-intuitive as having more sculpts increases thermo) This way you could reduce the level of detail on the pillars or roof
I saw you were having problems trying to optimize it. By having a quick look with the remix option I saw that the problem is the main structure.
To fix it, you'll have to:
