2D Imp dude starter set

Hey man i started remixing this yesterday just for fun and now im in love with this, this can become so many things xD rly cool stuff!

This is awesome! Question though, it says starter set... so its ok if I remix it and use imp dude with the npc's and delete the track replacing it with a whole new track making a bunch of levels for a game? Obviously I'd specifically give you credit.
