I think the cycles are too close to the universal threshold, if you change the speed to 9.8c and apply some gamma rays, it should get close to 9k kelvin, then you can have as result a frequency of 11T Hz

That was wonderful i noticed your Tflops were elevated to 100 petaflops and your plancks were getting illuminated through the exposure. Lower your redundancy by 25 pascals and you should be ok. :)
